service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase Red Envy will issue you an
exchange or store credit. No cash, credit card or check refunds.
The following conditions must be met in order for Red Envy to provide you with an exchange or
store credit:
- The merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- There are no visible signs of wear or washing.
- The merchandise must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
- All tags must be attached. Handbags, jewelry, cosmetics, sunglasses, sale and discounted merchandise are final sale.
